Fee Protection

To ensure your fees are protected, we are required by New Zealand law to hold your funds within the Student Fees Protection programme.

This means that your funds are held by a trustee (either an independent law firm or Public Trust Corporation) who are not part of the Academy. Should anything untoward occur, (such as flight school failure), your funds are safe and available for refund. New Zealand is unique in the world to have this requirement that provides students and their families absolute certainty that their money is safe.
