If you are a current student and are dissatisfied with an aspect of your study you can request to talk directly with your instructor or meet with a member of the Student Services Team.
Otherwise, please email us at admin@newzealandaviation.co.nz,or report in the AIRS System, we will do our best to help.

Make a complaint

Conflict is an inevitable feature of living and working in an organisational community.
Informal options
We encourage you to take these steps initially to help resolve the issue:
1. Talk to the person first, can it be resolved easily?
2. If you would like to speak in confidence to someone, please contact a member of the Student Services Team‍
Make a formal complaint
Firstly, log in the AIRS System and review the Student Handbook to familiarise yourself with the complaints procedure.
Then, submit an AIRS report in the system.
